Roster and report times
The same schedule the crew already keeps: trips, report times, and the next departure. Useful for seeing where the operation is tight.
For airlines and crew operations
Roster pressure, flight duty rest, and how the crew is actually recovering — as de-identified cohorts. A group smaller than five is not shown.
Airline pricing is quoted per operation. The pilot app is free during beta. No card needed.
What an operator gets
The same schedule the crew already keeps: trips, report times, and the next departure. Useful for seeing where the operation is tight.
Rest and sleep recovery, counted against the next duty. Shown as a cohort, never as a named crew member.
Where crews are overnight and how the pairing sits around rest. Still aggregated. Still suppressed under five.
Privacy and security
Cohort metrics are withheld when fewer than five distinct people back the number. A filter that would reveal a smaller group is withheld too.
Sleep, the logbook, and credentials belong to the person who logged them. The operator view does not receive those rows.
Secrets and sensitive fields use the same Fernet encryption as the rest of CrewBrief. The public security summary is on the security page.
This page does not show sample airline totals. If a cohort is too small to publish, the product says so instead of filling the gap.
How it works
01
Tell us the operation: airline or union, roughly how many people, and what you want to see.
02
Pilots keep their own roster, report times, layovers, and rest. That account is theirs.
03
The operator dashboard reads de-identified statistics. Under five people, the cell is empty on purpose.
04
When the interactive demo is up, the button on this page opens it. Otherwise, ask and we will walk through it.
FAQ
No. Operator and union views are de-identified cohort statistics. Groups smaller than five are not shown. The privacy policy is the full account.
Not on this page. Airline pricing is quoted for the operation. The pilot app is free during beta. No card needed. See the note in the hero.
The demo button checks whether /demo is available. If it is not, this page asks you to request a walkthrough instead of showing made-up figures.
Only email is required. The note goes to the founder.

This page will not fill that gap with sample airline totals. Ask for a walkthrough and we will show the real cohort view.
