Free for 14 days

Start in seconds. Best on the app.

Onboard in about ten seconds in your browser — no card. Your whole 14-day trial is free on web and the iOS app alike; the app just adds the native powers — offline, Apple Health, widgets, and notifications — at no extra cost.

Start your 14-day trial

📱 The native iOS app is coming to the App Store — soon.

It’s in Apple review now. Enter your email and we’ll notify you the moment it’s live. (You can start using CrewBrief on the web right now — no waiting.)

The subscriptions you replace

One subscription, not a stack of them.

CrewBrief folds the apps you already pay for into one — and connects their data so they actually talk to each other.

  • Nutrition & macro tracker$20 / mo
  • Strength training app$10 / mo
  • Sleep tracker$5 / mo
  • Budgeting & finance$15 / mo

Prices reflect common paid plans for the most-installed app in each category as of 2026. Yours may differ — the point is you're paying several invoices for one job.

What it does

Six systems. One private dashboard.

Each pillar works standalone. Together they catch the things that fall through the cracks when life moves across time zones, swing shifts, and on-call weeks.

01 · Flight ops

Schedule sync, layover briefs, NOTAMs, weather.

Schedule pulls from your airline system, plus pre-arrival layover briefs (hotel, van, gym, food, jet lag), AI-filtered NOTAMs, METAR/TAF, and route intel.

02 · Health

Body Age, bloodwork, sleep, cardio, recovery.

Apple Health sync. Bloodwork parsed into trends. Sleep, HRV, VO₂, recovery, and a composite Body Age that tracks how you're actually doing.

03 · Finance

Bank & card aggregation, budgets, retirement.

Link accounts through Plaid. Budgets, spending trends, investments, and a properly compounded retirement projection.

04 · AI insights

Daily action · chat with your data.

A daily summary of the next 24 hours, flags what's off, and answers questions about your own data — on the dashboard and Telegram.

05 · Family share

Granular toggles · spouse dashboard.

Share exactly what you choose — location, schedule, tasks, sleep, finance summaries — via a partner's own simplified view. Everything else stays private.

06 · Beyond pilots

Doctors, nurses, drivers, founders.

The same shift-work-life-ops engine adapts to anyone whose week doesn't look like Monday-to-Friday.

Who it's for

Built for the way pilots actually live.

Long-haul & international

Layover briefs, jet-lag plans, and fatigue tracking across every time zone you cross.

Regional & domestic

Quick-turn schedules, commute & jumpseat planning, and currency you never let lapse.

Reserve & on-call

Stay ready: recovery, rest, and instant "can I take this trip?" feasibility math.

Your logbook

Auto-logged hours, night/IFR, and currency — LogTen-grade, in your pocket.

Your body

HRV, sleep, training, and nutrition tuned to the chaos of irregular flying.

Family at home

Share your schedule and location with a partner — exactly what you choose.

How it works

Seconds to your first dashboard.

No phone number, no password — just Face ID. The web gets you started in seconds; the iOS app is where it truly shines.

Step 01

Pick what you do

One tap on the role that fits — pilot, nurse, founder, driver, and a growing set of others. We tune your home dashboard to that day-to-day.

Step 02

Consent & Face ID

Tick the privacy box, tap Face ID / Touch ID. A passkey is created on your device and synced via your keychain.

Step 03

Get the app

Your dashboard loads and the 14-day trial starts — no card. Then install the iOS app for offline access, Apple Health, widgets, and notifications — where CrewBrief works best.

Pricing

Why this exists

Built for myself first.

I fly the Boeing 747 long-haul. Irregular schedules, time-zone whiplash, and the same five questions every layover: where am I sleeping, how do I get there, what's the gym situation, what should I eat to hit protein, and is my body holding up?

The off-the-shelf tools were either consumer fitness toys or enterprise crew portals. Nothing pulled it together for a working pilot. So I built CrewBrief for myself — now a full private operating system for flight ops, health, finance, and family.

It turns out the same engine works for any shift-driven life. Same problem space, different uniform.

FAQ

Common questions.

What is CrewBrief, exactly?
One private operating system for your flights (if you fly), health, finance, and family — with an AI that connects them and tells you the few things that matter today. It replaces a stack of single-purpose apps with one place that actually talks to itself.
Is the trial really free?
Yes. It starts with a passkey (Face ID / Touch ID) — no card up front. You only add a payment method if you choose to continue past day 14. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. After that, $19/mo or $190/yr.
Is there a native app, or just the web?
Yes — start instantly on the web right now (installs to your home screen like a real app), and a native iOS app is coming to the App Store soon, where CrewBrief is at its best — offline access, Apple Health, home-screen widgets, and notifications. The app is included in the same subscription at no extra cost.
Does it work on Android?
Yes — the full web app works on Android today, so you can sign up and use everything now. A native Android app is on the way; the more Android sign-ups we see, the sooner it ships.
I'm not a pilot. Will this actually work for me?
Yes — CrewBrief tailors to a growing set of roles across healthcare, trades, knowledge work, business travel, and shift work generally. You pick your profile up front and the dashboard tunes itself; flight-specific tools simply don't appear if you're not a pilot.
How does it get my flight schedule?
Atlas pilots sync directly from AIMS. Other airlines connect by calendar sync or manual entry, with live flight data on the way. Your roster drives layover briefs, duty/rest math, and your logbook automatically.
Do I need an Apple Watch or wearable?
No. CrewBrief has a full manual mode — a quick daily check-in covers sleep, energy, and recovery. If you do have Apple Health data, it folds in automatically for richer trends.
Can I bring my existing data over?
Yes — import saved meals by screenshot, bring in workout history, and parse bloodwork PDFs into trends. The goal is to make switching from your current apps painless.
How is my data secured?
We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for credit, employment, or insurance decisions. Sensitive credentials are encrypted at the application layer, and your AIMS password is write-only — never reused to log you in. Export anytime, delete anytime. See the Privacy Policy and Security summary.
Can my partner see this too?
Optional — they get a free read-only dashboard. You choose category-by-category what they can see (location, schedule, tasks, sleep, nutrition, workouts, finance, health). Nothing else is shared.
What does the AI actually do?
It reads your own data and surfaces the few high-leverage moves for today across health, money, schedule, and tasks — and you can ask it questions in plain language. All the math and logic is deterministic; the AI explains, it doesn't guess your numbers.
How do I cancel?
Settings → Billing → Manage subscription opens the billing portal where you cancel in one click. Access continues through the end of the current period.
Are there discounts?
Annual is two months free ($190/yr vs $19/mo). And every verified referral gives both of you an extra 30 days free.
Who built this?
An active Boeing 747 pilot who got tired of stitching together a dozen apps across time zones and built the tool he wanted — first for himself, now for anyone whose week doesn't look like Monday-to-Friday.
